Publisher and Director of Publication
Livecounts.org is published by a private individual acting in a non-professional, non-commercial capacity, domiciled in Normandy, France. In accordance with Article 6-III-2 of the LCEN, a non-professional individual publisher may withhold their identity from the public, provided they have disclosed it to the hosting provider. The publisher has therefore communicated their full identifying details to the hosting provider named below, who holds them and will make them available to the judicial authority upon a lawful request. The Director of Publication is the publisher of the site. Any legal correspondence may be addressed through the contact page or to contact@livecounts.org.
Hosting
The website, its database and its static assets are hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States (https://www.cloudflare.com). Certain server-side scripts and data-update jobs are executed on Google Cloud Run, operated by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States, with Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland acting as the European establishment. These providers also store the operational data described in the Privacy Policy.
Service Description
Livecounts.org displays and estimates public metrics — such as subscriber, follower, member, viewer and view counts — for creators, channels and communities on supported platforms including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, X, Reddit, Discord and Roblox. Figures are aggregated from publicly available sources and platform interfaces, may be rounded or delayed by those platforms, and are refreshed and estimated between updates. They are provided for informational purposes only. Livecounts.org is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the platforms whose public data it displays.
Free API and Attribution
Livecounts.org offers a public API free of charge on the condition that any website or application using it displays a visible, working backlink crediting Livecounts.org as the data source. The service records the referring domains that call the API and may verify the presence of this backlink automatically. Access may be rate-limited, suspended or withdrawn where the attribution requirement is not met, where usage is abusive, or where it threatens the stability of the service. The API is provided on an as-is basis without warranty of availability or accuracy.
Intellectual Property
The Livecounts.org name, interface, visual design, layout, original source code, charts and documentation are protected by intellectual property law and remain the property of the publisher. They may not be copied, reproduced or reused beyond what the public API terms expressly permit without prior authorisation. Platform names, logos, trademarks and creator content referenced on the site remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and informational purposes only.
Liability
Livecounts.org makes reasonable efforts to display fresh and accurate figures, but public platform data can be delayed, rounded, estimated, temporarily unavailable or incorrect at source. Counts and growth estimates are therefore provided without guarantee and must not be relied upon for commercial, financial or contractual decisions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the publisher accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website, its data, its embeds or its API, nor for the content of any third-party sites linked from it.
